Shipping policy

1. Processing time

Orders ship from California.

Most ready-to-ship orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During busy weeks, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared.

2. U.S. shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders of $50 or more after discounts.

For orders under $50, available shipping rates will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery times may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Problems with your delivery

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, email hello@somedayshe.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot find the package, first check your mailbox, front door, building mailroom, neighbors, and local carrier. If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days.

5. Address changes

Please check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, email hello@somedayshe.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

6. International shipping

Our main shipping service is currently for U.S. customers.

When international shipping is available at checkout, shipping costs, duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
