Most ready-to-ship orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. During busy weeks, please allow 2–4 business days.

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $50 after discounts. Shipping rates for smaller orders are shown at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please email hello@somedayshe.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Please check your mailbox, front door, building mailroom, neighbors, and local carrier first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days.

Our main shipping service is currently for U.S. customers. When international shipping is available at checkout, duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Clip-on earrings may be returned if they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Pierced earrings may be returned only if the hygiene seal is still intact.

Sign in to your account, open the order you want to return, select the item, and submit a return request. Please wait for approval before sending anything back.

For approved U.S. returns, we provide a prepaid return label. A $5 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Email us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been prepared or shipped.

Yes. Many of our earrings are available in both Ear Post and Clip On styles. Available styles are shown on each product page.

Materials vary by design. Please check the Materials section on each product page for the exact metal, plating, posts, stones, and pearls used.

Plated jewelry may naturally change over time. Water, perfume, lotions, oils, sweat, and friction can make the finish fade more quickly.

Keep jewelry away from water, perfume, lotions, and oils. After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.

Store each piece separately in a dry pouch or box to reduce moisture, scratches, and friction.

Skin reactions vary from person to person. Please check the materials listed on the product page and wear with care if you have sensitive skin. Stop wearing the item if irritation occurs.
