Most orders are processed with care within 1-4 business days. During sale or collection launch periods, please allow 2-6 business days for your order to be prepared.

Pre-orders: These pieces are crafted specifically for you. Production can take 1-3 weeks before they begin their journey.

Free shipping only applies to domestic continental US orders over $50 (after discounts and excluding taxes) excluding APO/FPO/DPO, AK, HI, PR, AS, or VI. Some restrictions may apply.

If it’s an incorrect item: Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item so we can fix it.

If it arrived damaged during transit: If you purchased Package Protection, please do not contact us first. Instead, file a report directly through our Shipment Claim Portal for a priority replacement or refund.

If you declined Package Protection:
We are truly sorry to hear that your "Someday she" had a rough journey. However, if protection was not selected at checkout, Someday she is not liable for damages or loss incurred during transit.

In this case, we recommend the following steps:

1. Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL) directly with your tracking number to file a formal claim.
2. Inspect the item to see if it’s still functional—sometimes the "rough" exterior is just part of the story, but we understand the frustration.

To ensure a worry-free experience for your future pieces, we strongly recommend choosing Package Protection at checkout.

Please confirm your shipping address before your story begins at checkout. If you notice an error in your confirmation email, contact us at hello@somedayshe.com as soon as possible.

Note: Once an order has been whispered to the wind (shipped), we are unable to make any changes to the destination.

We want your pieces to arrive safely. Our resolution depends on whether you selected Package Protection at checkout:

• If you have Protection: Please visit our Shipment Claim Portal. This is the fastest way to get a replacement or refund for lost or stolen items.
• If you declined Protection: Please refer to the section below ("What if I declined Package Protection?") for next steps.
• Returned to Sender: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we cannot refund shipping costs. Please double-check your sanctuary’s address before finalizing your order.

Pierced Styles: For hygiene reasons, pierced style earrings are considered Final Sale (meaning these items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund) once the security seal has been tampered with or shows the "VOID" message. We provide transparent internal packaging so you can fully inspect the beauty of your pieces before deciding to open the seal.

Pierced Styles Earrings are intimate objects that come into direct contact with your skin. This policy protects the safety and well-being of our entire community, ensuring you never receive a piece that has been previously worn.

Clip-on Styles: Returns are accepted for in-stock clip-ons in their original, untouched state. A $5.00 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

In-stock items: Eligible for return within 14 days, provided they are in their 'purest state'—free of scents (perfume/smoke) or any signs of wear. A $5.00 flat return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Pre-order/Custom items: These are specifically created for you and are Final Sale unless a quality defect is present.

Due to individual differences in skin sensitivity, we cannot guarantee a zero-reaction experience for everyone. An allergic reaction is not considered a quality defect. For hygiene reasons, worn earrings remain Final Sale. We encourage you to test the piece against a less sensitive area of skin before wearing it fully.

The encounter between skin and metal is a silent dialogue. We strive for pure materials, but if your body finds the connection restless (allergic), please reach out to our studio. We hope your journey with us remains peaceful, even if this particular fragment wasn't meant to stay.

1. For Earrings: Hygiene & Absolute Purity

• The Reason: Earrings are intimate objects that come into direct contact with your skin.
• Our Standard: To ensure that every "Someday She" fragment arrives in its purest, untouched state, we cannot accept returns once the internal seal is broken.
• The Promise: This policy protects the safety and well-being of our entire community, ensuring you never receive a piece that has been previously worn.

2. For Pre-order Bags: The Weight of Time

• The Reason: Each hand-crocheted bag is not a mass-produced item; it involves many hours of dedicated manual labor specifically for your order.
• The Logic: Because these pieces are "made-to-order," the time and soul invested into them cannot be reversed.
• The Connection: We ask that you confirm your resonance with the piece before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns for the time and craft already woven into it.

You may request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has entered the production phase (for handmade items) or has been shipped, we are unable to accept any changes or cancellations.

For returns due to personal preference (e.g., you changed your mind), a flat return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your total refund amount.

If the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part, we will provide a prepaid label at no cost to you.

Please note: Initial shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your package is delivered.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Final Sale: For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are final sale once the protective seal is broken. Custom/Pre-order items are also final sale unless defective.
• Process: Please contact hello@somedayshe.com to authorize your return before sending any items back.

Approved refunds will be automatically sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Important Notes:

• A flat $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund (unless the return is due to a defect).
• Package Protection fees are non-refundable as this service is fulfilled once the package is dispatched.
• If your issue is a damaged or lost package, please use our Claim Portal instead of requesting a standard return.

Our jewelry collection features a variety of high-quality materials, including pearls, plated metals and sterling silver, as specified on each product page.

However, as every person’s skin has its own unique sensitivity, please review the material list if you have a known history of metallic whispers (allergies)

The appearance of jewelry can change over time depending on how it is maintained. Items with metal plating may eventually fade with frequent exposure to moisture, sweat, or friction. Our Sterling Silver pieces may naturally oxidize (darken) over time; however, their original shine can be easily restored by wiping them with a polishing cloth. To preserve the quality of your pieces, please follow our Product Care guide.

To prevent tarnishing and maintain shine, avoid contact with water, sweat, and chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, or hairspray. Always remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.

Store your pieces in a cool, dry place. We recommend keeping them in a soft pouch or a sealed bag to minimize exposure to air and prevent oxidation.

For fabric-based hair accessories (such as scrunchies or ties), we recommend gentle hand washing with mild detergent and air drying to maintain their shape and texture.

Since our crocheted products are entirely handmade, each piece may have very slight variations in stitching, texture, or thickness. These minor differences are natural characteristics of handmade goods and are not considered quality defects

Yes. If your order contains both pre-order (handmade) items and in-stock items, they will be shipped separately. In-stock items will be dispatched first, and handmade items will be sent independently as soon as they are completed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Custom and handmade items typically require 1 to 2 weeks for production. Each hand-crocheted piece involves approximately 1-5 days of dedicated manual labor
