Refund policy

1. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please email hello@somedayshe.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

This policy also applies if an item arrives defective.

2. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned with all included packaging materials

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Clip-on earrings

Clip-on earrings may be returned if they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Pierced earrings

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings may be returned only if the hygiene seal is still intact.

Pierced earrings cannot be returned if the seal has been opened, removed, damaged, or shows the word “VOID.”

Please inspect pierced earrings through the transparent packaging before opening the seal.

The hygiene-seal rule does not apply when an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, sign in to your account and open the order you want to return.

  1. Select the item you want to return.

  2. Choose a return reason and submit your request.

  3. Wait for approval before sending the item back.

If you are returning pierced earrings, please reply to your return confirmation email with a clear photo showing that the hygiene seal is still intact.

4. Return Shipping

For approved U.S. returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

A flat $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is caused by a damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective item.

Please use the return label we provide. Returns sent without approval or with a different shipping method may not be accepted.

International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake, such as a damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective item.
